An archangel stands
In the heavens where the light so pure,
An archangel stands, serene and sure.
St. Gabriel, the messenger of grace,
A celestial figure in a sacred space.
Wings of alabaster, vast and bright,
Spreading divine messages, day and night.
With a voice that carries the holy decree,
He whispers secrets of eternity.
In the garden where the lilies bloom,
He announced the news of the empty tomb.
To Mary, humble and full of grace,
He brought the word, the sacred embrace.
His presence, a beacon in the night,
Guiding lost souls towards the light.
With every word, he calms the fears,
Wiping away the faithful’s tears.
Bearer of news both great and small,
From the divine, he delivers all.
A symbol of hope, a herald of peace,
In his presence, our troubles cease.
Oh, Gabriel, angel of the dawn,
Your heavenly glow forever drawn.
In our hearts, your light prevails,
Guardian of the sacred trails.
We honor you, in prayers and song,
Your guidance leads us, ever strong.
St. Gabriel, celestial and true,
Our faith, our love, we give to you.
